Our Internal GPS

All of us have our very own internal GPS that we carry around.

I first heard of this internal GPS from "Ask and It is Given." Abraham calls it the E.G.S. or the Emotional Guidance System.

Why is it called the internal GPS? It is because it guides us to what we desire. It leads us to our excitement or to our happiness.

Just imagine you are in a restaurant to have your dinner. You then look at the menu and you see beef steak, chicken, french fries, or omelette. You know as we had always know; we always say something like, "I am in the mood for beef steak now." Why do we say that? It's because of what we feel. For every food in the menu, you feel something. Some might feel bad and some might make you feel happy. The one that makes you happy will be the one you will pick.

This is what the internal GPS is all about. It's not just about picking your dinner; it's about making choices for your life and making decisions. The best decision that will take you to your desire is the one that gives you the best feeling. The best feeling is BLISS and the worst feeling is fear or powerlessness.

Here is a short 9-minute video of Bashar on how to follow your highest excitement and this is a very good exercise in knowing what are the things that truly makes you happy.

You and the Universe

We had always been living our lives on this earth very normally. Yes, normally. We get up early in the morning then we prepare ourselves to work or to school, we go home do our thing and then sleep. The next day, we all go the same routine and that goes for the next day over and over again.

Sometimes, we have experiences that makes us sad or happy. Sometimes it makes us go angry with somebody and sometimes to the whole world and it consumes us. It is all that we ever think of and care about. We get up everyday thinking of our goal for that day. We had been living in our own little world.

Yes, we are living in our own VERY LITTLE WORLD.

Thinking about it. Our lives revolve around in a very small place on planet Earth. Earth then is just a very tiny dot in our huge Solar System. Our Solar System then is just a very tiny tiny dot in our Milky Way Galaxy. Our galaxy is just a tiny dot in this vast universe and it's only one of the billions of galaxies in the entire universe.

Think about it. When something happens on our planet, it's just like nothing ever happened in this vast vast universe.

Please watch this video below to see how we compare to our universe.

Our Ultimate Goal

As quoted in the book by Charles Haanel, "The Masterkey System,"

What you and I desire, what we all desire, what everyone is seeking, is Happiness and Harmony.

What does this mean?

I was intrigued by what it means. How can he say that what I am truly seeking is happiness? I know that I am seeking wealth, around-the-world tour, this car, this house, this and that. He cannot be truly telling the truth. How can he know what I want and what everybody wants.

Then, it had struck me. Why would I want to have an around-the-world tour? As what Paul Santisi had said, you want something, because you are aiming for the FEELING. It is this FEELING that drives you to get these things.

Why do you want to have this car? Why do you want this thing or this house? It is because you want the FEELING of Happiness. This is the ultimate goal of humanity and that is to have this feeling.

This feeling is wonderful and it drives people to do so many things just in order to have this FEELING.

Now, this is the reason why we want this and why we want that. The next time we already know why we want it.

Our ultimate goal as a human being is HAPPINESS.
