Our Internal GPS

All of us have our very own internal GPS that we carry around.

I first heard of this internal GPS from "Ask and It is Given." Abraham calls it the E.G.S. or the Emotional Guidance System.

Why is it called the internal GPS? It is because it guides us to what we desire. It leads us to our excitement or to our happiness.

Just imagine you are in a restaurant to have your dinner. You then look at the menu and you see beef steak, chicken, french fries, or omelette. You know as we had always know; we always say something like, "I am in the mood for beef steak now." Why do we say that? It's because of what we feel. For every food in the menu, you feel something. Some might feel bad and some might make you feel happy. The one that makes you happy will be the one you will pick.

This is what the internal GPS is all about. It's not just about picking your dinner; it's about making choices for your life and making decisions. The best decision that will take you to your desire is the one that gives you the best feeling. The best feeling is BLISS and the worst feeling is fear or powerlessness.

Here is a short 9-minute video of Bashar on how to follow your highest excitement and this is a very good exercise in knowing what are the things that truly makes you happy.
